With that in mind, you don’t have to read every page for the exercise routines in Section 2 to work. However, I’d strongly recommend that you do read Section 1 from start to finish. Here’s why…
1. It can be read in one 15-minute sitting (less than half the time of a typical session at the practice range). 2. You’ll appreciate just how much a proper fitness plan can benefit your golf and your life (and you’ll read about scientific studies that prove it). As a result, you’ll be much more motivated to actually follow the plans in Section 2… and that means you’ll get the results you desire.
